Meet the Team

Our journey began at Sam Houston State University, where a group of classmates discovered their shared passion for storytelling and filmmaking. After successfully collaborating on numerous projects during their college years, they decided to channel their creative synergy into building their own production company. Today, the 10 Pillar team partners with brands, marketing agencies, and fellow filmmakers to create impactful commercials and films across the great state of Texas.

  • We move with purpose and confidence, knowing that the mindset we bring to a challenge is half the battle. We don’t hope—we expect.

  • Excellence lives in the details. From pre-production to post, we handle the small tasks with care, because they add up to big results.

  • Every project is a collaboration. We value people over products and build lasting partnerships with trust, respect, and transparency.

  • Creativity can be messy—but we believe in the structure, strategy, and step-by-step execution that gets us to great outcomes.

  • We bring clarity to every team and project by understanding our responsibilities and owning our part of the work.

  • We let our work speak for itself. Actions, visuals, and results carry more weight than promises or empty claims.

  • We lead with generosity—whether that’s lending a hand on set or going the extra mile to make something better.

  • We believe in lifting others up. Creativity thrives when egos are down and ideas are shared.

  • Growth doesn’t happen in the safe zone. We embrace the awkward, the difficult, and the unknown—it’s where innovation lives.

  • Change is inevitable. We stay ready, flexible, and responsive, turning challenges into creative breakthroughs.
